How delivery and collection works

A delivery is not just a car arriving. Our driver brings the car, walks the whole body with you, photographs every panel with you standing there, checks the fuel and the mileage against the agreement, hands over the keys and the Touch 'n Go card, and then leaves by e-hailing. It takes about ten minutes if your documents were sent ahead, and closer to half an hour if we are still photographing your licence in the lobby.

Condominium handovers are the most common and the most procedural. Tell us the building and we will call security ahead, park in a visitor bay, and meet you in the lobby, so nobody has to come down to a basement level. Landed property is simpler — we pull into the porch and do the inspection there. Hotels are fine with notice, though most KL hotels will not let a car sit in the porch for long, so we call fifteen minutes out so you can come down on time.

Collection works the same way in reverse and at a time you choose, within operating hours. If you would rather drop the car back at the garage yourself, that is welcome and slightly faster. What we ask is that you do not leave the car with a valet or a concierge and message us afterwards — the handover has to be person to person, because the photographs at the end are what protect your deposit.
