How a hire works
Multi-car bookings
Several cars, one booking, one number to call. For convoys, shoots and groups.
How multi-car bookings works
Bookings for more than one car behave differently from bookings for one, so they are handled differently. A group of friends taking three cars up to Bentong, a shoot needing a hero car and two background cars, a company day out — all of these get a single quote, a single agreement per driver, and one person at our end who knows the whole booking, not three separate conversations.
The constraint worth knowing early is availability, not price. Any three specific cars being free on any one specific weekend is a genuine scheduling problem, and it gets harder the more particular you are about the exact models. If you come to us with a shape and not a list — two fast coupés and something open, say — we can almost always build it. If you need precisely a GT3, precisely a Huracán and precisely a GT-R on a fixed Saturday, ask us six weeks out.
Every driver still needs their own licence check, their own agreement and their own deposit. There is no way around that and we would not want one; the deposits are what protect each person individually. What we can do is invoice a company for the hire while keeping the driver checks separate, which is usually what corporate bookings actually need.

FAQ
How many cars can you release at once?
It depends entirely on the weekend. Three is routine, more is possible with notice. Ask early with a date and we will give you the real answer for that weekend, not a promise we then have to rearrange.
Can one person be responsible for all the cars?
One person can pay, and a company can be invoiced. But each car has to be signed for by the individual driving it, with their own licence on file. We do not bend that one.
